Angolo cottura è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 camera da letto con 1 letto singolo, e può ospitare fino a 1 persona. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo. Moroni 19 dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO:

PAGAMENTI:

Moroni 19 is an Apartment spacious and , suitable for all types of travellers. The Apartment is located in Milano on the 4th floor and consists of 2 rooms. Moroni 19 enjoys a strategic location. The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, can accommodate up to 1 person. The outdoor space consists of the terrace. Moroni 19 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
