The living room leads to the open space kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Fridge and washing machine are located in a small room next to the kitchen.

On the same floor there is a small bedroom and a bathroom with all facilities (washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower).

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Close to the bedroom there is a second bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.

The flat has a garage included in the rent.

RENTAL TERMS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
