L’appartamento si trova in Viale Cassala, una posizione strategica e ben collegata. La linea verde della metropolitana (fermata Romolo) e la linea circolare 90, che attraversa tutta la città, lo rendono facilmente raggiungibile. A pochi passi si trovano i Navigli, ideali per un aperitivo tra amici o per una passeggiata più tranquilla.
La zona è ben servita: nelle vicinanze ci sono l’Università IULM, una grande Esselunga, numerosi bar e ristoranti, e l’Ospedale San Paolo. Pur essendo comoda e centrale, la via gode di una posizione leggermente defilata, che assicura tranquillità.
L’appartamento

La zona notte
La parte notte comprende due camere da letto e due bagni. Il primo bagno è rivestito da un mosaico in stile bizantino e offre un’ampia doccia con pavimento in legno. Dietro una porta a filo muro è nascosta la lavatrice. La camera singola è dotata di armadi, comodino e TV. 
Il secondo bagno, dominato dal bianco, ospita la seconda vasca da bagno della casa. Infine, la camera padronale, affacciata direttamente sulla terrazza con la vasca esterna, è ampia e luminosa, completa di armadio, comò e TV. If you need help with your tax id code, we suggest if you are a student to contact your university; if you are company employee to contact your company office or, go to the website of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, tax id code section (Agenzia delle Entrate sezione codice fiscale) .You can also apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, no later than two-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. So within two weeks of your arrival you will aso have to provide us a copy of the passport, the details of the residential address and the tax id code of the person holding the contract and who will sign the contract itself. According to Italian law, we must register rental contracts that provide for a stay period of 30 nights or more.
The rental contract will be signed on the day of your arrival in the apartment, where you have viewed the house, paid the security deposit and handed over the house keys.
We inform you that  security deposit which will be equal to the cost of one month's rent and which will be returned to you within 14 working  days from your check out and of course after checking the apartment with the guest.
Utilities such as gas and electricity are included up to a monthly cap based on normal, responsible usage. We kindly invite you to check the indicated limit listed in the detailed breakdown of your costs.
We confirm that you will make normal use of the utilities as if they were your responsibility and it is very difficult to exceed this threshold. (For transparency, on the day of your arrival, the electricity and gas meter readings will be taken in your presence). If upon departure you have exceeded your monthly consumption, the excess consumption will be charged by being deducted from your security deposit at the market cost of utilities on the day of check out .
The tenant must respect the rules for separate waste collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 9.00 pm and 8.00 am.
Internet wi-fi, starting cleaning, water, building expenses, contract registration costs, one set per guest of towels and linen are included in the rental price. Also additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee. We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 3 months, a cleaning every 2 months by one of our in-house cleaners will be mandatory, at a cost of €50. This is to ensure there are no issues in the apartment and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Please note that, as indicated in the cost summary, a final payment for deep cleaning will be required on the day of your departure.
