Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Washington 2 è un Appartamento confortevole e accogliente, adatto a ogni tipo di viaggiatore. L’ Appartamento si trova a Milano al secondo piano con Ascensore ed è composto da 2 stanze. Washington 2 gode di una posizione strategica. La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice. Angolo cottura è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto singolo nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale, e può ospitare fino a 3 persone. Washington 2 dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Washington 2 is an Apartment comfortable and cosy, suitable for all types of travellers. The Apartment is located in Milano on the second floor with Lift and consists of 2 rooms. Washington 2 enjoys a strategic location. The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 1 single sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 3 people. Washington 2 also offers: television.

Wagner station is a  meetro station on the M1 red line of the Milan subway.
