If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;

Sebbene l'ingresso condominiale sia su Corso Francia l'appartamento si trova nella parte retrostante dello stabile e gode quindi di una maggiore silenziosità oltre che di grande luminosità.
L'appartamento appena ristrutturato e arredato è il risultato di un frazionamento con ingresso indipendente e consta di un soggiorno con cucina all'americana, disimpegno con armadiature, un grande bagno e una ampia camera da letto. Il soggiorno è completato da un balcone abitabile.

Located on the fifth floor of a residential building on Corso Francia, near Ponte Milvio (20 minutes walking from historic center), with concierge, double elevator and internal courtyard.
Although the condominium entrance is on Corso Francia, the apartment is located at the rear of the building and therefore enjoys greater quietness as well as great brightness.
The newly renovated and furnished apartment is the result of a split with a separate entrance and consists of a living room with American-style kitchen, hallway with cupboards, a large bathroom and a large bedroom. The living room is complemented by a livable balcony.
The finishes such as the parquet floor, ceramic wall tiles in the bathroom, windows with double glass, and window fixtures with excellent thermal and soundproofing characteristics-were recently made along with the complete renovation of all technical systems and the painting of the entire apartment.

L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere Flaminio, incuneato tra il lato sinistro della via Flaminia e la sponda sinistra del Tevere: ricco di musei, palazzi e ville dalle facciate eleganti, è storicamente il primo quartiere della Capitale.
Tra le principali attrazioni Villa Borghese, il Tempietto di Esculapio, la Casina delle Rose con la Casa del Cinema, il Bioparco o il Globe Theater. Villa Borghese ha nove ingressi quindi consente l’accesso ai quartieri limitrofi e centrali della città, Pinciano, Salario ed ovviamente al quartiere Flaminio.

This comfortable and quaint  65 sqm is situated on the first floor of an historical building with an elevator, in the central neighbourhood of Delle Vittorie, just a few steps away from the Vatican City.
The apartment is located in the fifteenth district of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls and the Tiber River. Five of the most beautiful bridges of Rome are located in this area: Milvian Bridge, Ponte Duca d'Aosta, Risorgimento Bridge, Ponte Matteotti, Ponte della Musica.
The neighborhood is residential but you will also find RAI headquarters, courts and the Court of Auditors.
For one of the best pizzas in Rome, we suggest you to try Pizzeria Giacomelli, while for an aperitif, Bar Antonini and Bar Vanni.
Moreover, do not miss the characteristic crafts and antiques market (every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, from 10.00 am) that takes place in the beautiful scenery of the gardens in Piazza Mazzini.

This very comfortable and spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor . On entering the apartment you are welcomed by a spacious hallway from which you access all the other rooms. To the left you have the bathroom and bedroom and to the right the living area. The kitchen is directly infront of the entrance and a storeroom to the right. The furniture in the apartment is comfortable and functional, some modern some vintage.
The windows are new and double glazed.
