Fully furnished apartment for up to 4 people (with a double bed and 2 single beds as per photo). A large room with dining table and an eat-in kitchen are available for guests.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Cesano Maderno (FNM) station connected to Saronno (20 min), Malpensa (40 min) Bovisa-Mi (18 min) Milan Cadorna (25 min). Ideal for students (especially Bovisa Polytechnic) but also workers. 

UTILITIES
The cost of utilities amounts to €130 per month. A settlement will be made at the end of the lease.

- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
