Este apartamento no se alquila para estancias turísticas, sino siempre y en todo caso para estancias de temporada, con contrato de temporada regido por la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos, y sin que en ningún caso la vivienda alquilada suponga la residencia habitual del arrendatario que lo alquila.						

								Se trata de un apartamento ubicado en la tercera planta de un precioso edificio clásico pero rehabilitado, con ascensor y con un piso por planta. La vivienda cuenta con algo más de 200 m2, y se distribuye en un gran salón, cocina, tres dormitorios y tres baños.

Al entrar en el apartamento encontramos un lujoso hall-recibidor de unos 20 m2, mediante el cual se accede a un gran salón de 50 m2, todo exterior, con 4 balcones a la calle de Los Madrazo, una zona de estar con sofá, sillones y TV de 65" con Smart TV incorporado, y una zona con mesa de comedor para hasta 8 comensales.

								Este recién reformado apartamento de 120 m2 cuenta con 3 dormitorios y dos baños. El piso está decorado con tonos neutros inspirados en la naturaleza, lo que hace del mismo un lugar acogedor.

Al entrar nos encontramos un amplio recibidor que nos da acceso al salón, que cuenta con dos zonas diferenciadas de comedor y sala de estar. Tiene dos balcones que dan a la Plaza de Chueca y aportan al salón una gran luminosidad.
