								Desde el salón podemos acceder al dormitorio, que cuenta con cama de matrimonio de 1,50 x 2 m, un vestidor y un baño completo en suite con ducha. El dormitorio es también muy luminoso, ya que cuenta con dos grandes ventanas con vistas a la calle.

Upon entering the apartment we enter directly into the living room with open kitchen. This area is spacious and very bright, since it is completely exterior and has large windows that provide great light to the apartment. The living room has a double sofa-bed, an armchair, side table and television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need, and has a breakfast bar with stools.						

								From the living room we can access the bedroom, which has a 1.50 x 2 m double bed, a dressing room and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower. The bedroom is also very bright, as it has two large windows overlooking the street.

Este acogedor apartamento de un dormitorio y un baño se encuentra ubicado muy cerca del Parque del Retiro, en la Calle Casado del Alisal.

Al entrar al apartamento encontramos un pasillo que nos lleva directamente al salón-comedor. Se trata de una amplia y luminosa estancia con un gran ventanal que da a la calle. El salón cuenta con sofá-cama doble (135 x 190 cm), dos sillones, mesa auxiliar y televisión. También encontramos una mesa de comedor con sillas para 4 comensales. La cocina, abierta al salón, cuenta con todo lo necesario para el día a día.						

								Desde el pasillo accedemos al dormitorio, con cama de matrimonio de 150 x 190 cm, y al baño completo con ducha.

*El edificio cuenta con portero físico entre las 7:00 am y la 11:00 pm de lunes a viernes.

This cozy apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom is located very close to the Retiro Park, on Casado del Alisal Street.

Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads directly to the living room. It is a spacious and bright room with a large window that overlooks the street. The living room has a double sofa-bed (135 x 190 cm), two armchairs, side table and television. We also find a dining table with chairs for 4 people. The kitchen, open to the living room, has everything you need for day to day.						

								From the corridor we access the bedroom, with a 150 x 190 cm double bed, and the full bathroom with shower.

Al entrar en el apartamento nos encontramos un precioso hall de entrada desde donde accedemos al pasillo que distribuye el apartamento. A la izquierda está el área perteneciente al dormitorio principal, compuesto por una pequeña sala de estar con TV y sofá-cama, cruzando la misma llegamos al dormitorio compuesto por dos camas individuales y a un precioso baño en suite con bañera, amplio y elegante.

Entering the apartment we find a beautiful hall form where we access to the corridor that distributes the apartment.
