Entre Santutxu y Casco Viejo, en la zona de Solokoetxe. Se accede al Casco Viejo bajando la cuesta de Zabalbide que dirige directamente al puente e Iglesia de San Antón y al Mercado de la Rivera. Los que buscan cercanía a zonas comerciales y turísticas tienen el Casco Viejo y Santutxu al pie de casa. El metro queda a 5 minutos (Plaza Unamuno o Santutxu salida Zabalbide) y se puede coger el Bus que te lleva a la Universidad de Leioa en el Ayuntamiento o en Santutxu. Hay varios trenes EUSKOTREN de cercanías con paradas en Casco Viejo (Zazpi Kaleak), Atxuri o Abando y líneas de autobuses BILBOBUS (pinchando en este enlace podrás ver las líneas con paradas más cercanas) y BIZKAIBUS, además del tranvía EUSKOTRAN para llegar a todo Bilbao y a sus alrededores que para en el teatro Arriaga o en Atxuri. Hay un super de Carrefour muy cercano en la plaza Santos Juanes y todos los servicios muy cercanos (bancos, farmacias, centro de salud, mercado ...) en el Casco Viejo y Santutxu.The cost of the monthly cleaning service, equal to 36€, is already included in the cost of utilities.
