Estarás a un paso de San Mamés, la Escuela de Ingenieros, El Hospital de Basurto, Pozas, ... Muy bien comunicado; el METRO (salida Plaza Indautxu, San Mamés o Sabino Arana), el tren de cercanías justo enfrente, varias líneas de autobuses Bilbobús como la LINEA 27 – ARABELLA-BETOLAZA, la LINEA 77 PEÑASCAL-MINA DEL MORRO, la LINEA A8 SAN JUSTO-AMÉZOLA, la LÍNEA 72 LARRASKITU-CASTAÑOS o la LINEA 57 MIRIBILLA-OSPITALEA. La salida de la autopista está muy cerca y el tren en la misma puerta. Desde Avenida del Ferrocarril se accede andando en pocos minutos a Termibús donde para el Bus de Universidad de Leioa (UPV) y el del Parque Tecnológico (Zamudio).
