Desde el balcón del piso se puede ver la parada de Bus que te lleva a la Universidad de Leioa BIZKAIBUS LÍNEA A2321. A pocos metros (en la calle Enrique Ibarreta) tienes una marquesina con varias líneas de BILBOBUS 43 – GARAIZAR – SANTUTXU, 34 – OTXARKOAGA – SANTUTXU, y en la calle Santa Klara las líneas G7 – MINA DEL MORRO – PLAZA BIRIBILA y 48 – SANTUTXU – LEZEAGA . A menos de 100 m. también las paradas de METRO SANTUTXU (Salidas Zabalbide o Karmelo).
