DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PISO Piso recién reformado con mucha luz. Suelo y ventanas nuevas y recién pintado. Este piso tiene 3 habitaciones (una de ellas muy amplia y con vestidor), cocina con comedor , sala de tv y un baño completo con mampara. Suelo de madera laminada, ventanas Climalit y calefacción Ecotermi (bajo consumo). Es un segundo piso con ascensor y todo exterior. Le hemos dado un aire un poco bohemio cuidando mucho los textiles y con el azul turquesa y el blanco como protagonistas, esperamos que os guste. Está situado muy cerca del Ayuntamiento y de amplias zonas verdes (Parque Etxebarria) y muy bien comunicado con las universidades y con todo Bilbao. Puedes llegar andando al Guggenheim en unos 15 minutos. El metro más cercano queda a 15 minutos en Calzadas de Mallona (Parada Unamuno, salida por el ascensor ) y se puede coger el Bus que te lleva a la Universidad de Leioa A2160 (Galdakao/UPV). Además hay varias líneas de autobuses BILBOBÚS que recorren todo Bilbao, en este enlace podrás verlas. También para justo debajo del portal el autobús que va al Parque Tecnológico de Zamudio (Línea A3224 Bilbao – Derio -Teknologiko Parkea ) Tienes un supermercado Carrefour Express y todos los servicios en la misma calle (bancos, farmacias, centro de salud,...).
