ZONAS COMUNES – Cocina totalmente equipada con comedor y terraza. – Sala de TV. – 2 baños completos. – Trastero de uso común para guardar maletas y zapatos. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PISO Muy cerca del Casco Viejo, en una zona residencial tranquila, segura y muy bien comunicada. El piso está en un edificio grande con un portal actual y ascensor. Es un 3o con suelo y ventanas de madera, muebles a medida, calefacción central y agua caliente comunitaria. Tiene 5 habitaciones, sala TV, cocina muy bien equipada con terraza y trastero y 2 baños completos. Todas las habitaciones son exteriores, amplias, con mucha luz e increíbles vistas y tienen armarios a medida y camas dobles o abatibles para recibir visitas. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos (incluído lavavajillas) y con pequeños electrodomésticos como exprimidor de zumo, tostadora o cafetra. Los dos baños tienen mampara y amplios lavabos. Begoña está a 10 minutos caminando del Casco Viejo y a 5 del ascensor que baja al Metro de Plaza Unamuno. Puedes llegar andando a la zona centro en 15 minutos y cuenta con amplias zonas verdes en el Parque Echevarría. Hay varias líneas de autobuses en la misma calle: la LÍNEA 48 Santutxu-Lezeaga y la LINEA A5 prim-Plaza Biribila. En la cercana Avenida Zumalakarregi paran multitud de líneas (A1, A5, A7, 22, 27, 30, 38, 48 y 62) incluída la LÍNEA NOCTURNA G2 Otxarkoaga- Plaza Biribila que funciona toda la noche del viernes y sábado. También para el Bus de la UPV LINEA A2321 Santutxu-Leioa y el que nos lleva al Parque Tecnológico de Zamudio LINEA A3234. Para los que necesitan el coche la salida de la autopista A8 está también muy cercana. Hay un gran supermercado de la cadena Simply en la misma calle. DATOS IMPORTANTES A TENER EN CUENTA: Sólo reservamos meses completos, esto quiere decir que aunque llegues cualquier día del mes deberás pagar la renta total entre el día 1 y el 5. Al reservar tu habitación realizas un pago, que tal como te indican, corresponde a un mes de alquiler. Para nosotros este pago sería la fianza, o depósito de garantía, que se devuelve cuando dejas libre la habitación si todo está correcto. Esto quiere decir que entre el día 1 y el 5 del primer mes de estancia tendrás que pagar el mes de renta y un depósito de gastos de 100€ . Este depósito de gastos se guarda junto con la fianza y sirve para abonar las últimas facturas de suministros (luz, agua, gas, wifi...) que no han llegado aún cuando te marchas. De esta forma podemos devolver la fianzas más rápidamente sin esperar a que lleguen las facturas de los gastos pendientes. Toda esta información la tendrás en el contrato que vas a recibir unos días antes de tu llegada.
