El piso está situado en una zona residencial muy cerca del centro de Algorta y muy bien comunicado con el Metro. Está situado en Getxo, a 20 kilómetros del centro de Bilbao, y bañado por el Mar Cantábrico, con un paisaje único salpicado de playas y acantilados que lo convierten en un lugar excepcional para vivir tanto si vienes por estudios como por trabajo o turismo. Algorta tiene como zona de referencia su Puerto Viejo, un lugar que traslada a sus visitantes a una pequeña villa de pescadores, donde combinan las antiguas construcciones donde habitaban los marineros junto al bullicio de los bares donde degustar unos pintxos mirando un bello paisaje único de la costa bizkaina. Los que buscan playas, Ereaga y Arrigunaga están a 10 minutos andando y Aizkorri, Larrabasterra, Sopelana, Barrika o Plentzia ofrecen lugares espectaculares para tomar el sol, darse un buen baño o practicar surf a menos de 20 minutos en coche. Si lo tuyo es el ambiente nocturno lo encontrarás muy cerca de casa o en Las Arenas, y especialmente en el Puerto Deportivo del Abra con multitud de restaurantes y bares con buena música. Las zonas comerciales de Algorta y Las Arenas cuentan con tiendas espectaculares. El metro hacia Bilbao y a la Universidad de Deusto queda a 5 minutos (Parada Algorta ) y se puede coger el Bus que te lleva a la Universidad de Leioa A2162 (Andra Mari/Santa Maria de Getxo-UPV).
