El precio es de 275€ al mes y, añadiendo 50€ al precio del alquiler, se incluyen todos los gastos de luz, agua, gas y wifi. ¡Olvídate de sustos en la factura a final del mes! ⚠️ Aviso: la ropa de cama no está incluida en la habitación. Nota: Las imágenes mostradas corresponden a la vivienda tras su reforma inicial y con staging decorativo.
