La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO:
È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto;
Il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale. In caso di eccedenza, gli extra verranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale. I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto;
I costi delle spese condominiali, Wi-Fi, acqua e spese di contratto sono inclusi nel casone mensile;
Potrai dare disdetta, con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;
Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. 
PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo immediatamente per saldare la prima mensilità, il deposito cauzionale, pari ad una mensilità e le pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €183.0).NB la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti sulla base dei 30 giorni

Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment  on the third floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances : fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, lift, iron and ironing board, and toiletries. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!

RENTAL CONDITION:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied;
The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment;
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days;
Check-in and check-out times will be specified once the booking is finalized. 
PAYMENTS:
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, equal to month’s rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €183.0, depending on the size of the apartment)NB the monthly rate of 30 days is calculated on a daily basis
