EN Before check-in: - IF THE BOOKING IS MADE AT LEAST ONE (1) CALENDAR MONTH BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE, WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the tenant can cancel the booking until three (3:00) p.m. on the 14th day after receipt of the booking confirmation, free of charge. Monthly payments already paid will be refunded to the tenant. - IF THE BOOKING IS MADE LESS THAN ONE (1) CALENDAR MONTH BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE or IF CANCELLATION HAPPENS MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION: The tenant is entitled to cancel the booking against payment of a cancellation fee equal to the Hotel Fee for three (3) months, unless the period of the stay at the time of cancellation is shorter than three (3) months in which case the cancellation fee is equal to the Hotel Fee for the remaining period of the Hotel Student Stay. Any Hotel Fee already paid for the month in which you cancel, will not be refunded. The cancelation fee does not allow you to stay in the room. During the Hotel Student Stay: The tenant is entitled to cancel the booking by paying a fee, which equals three (3) months of Hotel Fee. If the remaining period of the stay at the time of cancellation is shorter than three (3) months, the cancellation fee is equal to the Hotel Fee for the remaining period of the Hotel Student Stay. The Hotel Fee already paid for the month in which you cancel, will not be refunded. The cancellation fee does not allow you to stay in the room, after the date that is confirmed as the adjusted Check-Out Date. You have to check-out on the day against which you have confirmed to cancel your Hotel Student Stay. City Tax is due if the Hotel Student Stay is cancelled prior to the expiry of three (3) months after the Check-In Date. Durante la Estancia de Estudiantes en el Hotel: El inquilino tiene derecho a cancelar la reserva mediante el pago de un fee, que equivale a tres (3) meses de la Tarifa de Hotel. Si el período restante de la estancia en el momento de cancelación es inferior a tres (3) meses,la tasa de cancelación será igual a la Tarifa del Hotel correspondiente al periodo restante de la Estancia de Estudiante en el Hotel. No se reembolsará la Tarifa de Hotel ya abonada correspondiente al mes en que se produzca la cancelación. El fee de cancelación no le permitirá permanecer en la habitación después de la fecha que se confirme como Fecha de Salida determinada. Tiene que realizar el check-out el día contra el que ha confirmado la cancelación de su estancia en el Hotel para Estudiantes. Deberá abonar el impuesto municipal si cancela la estancia de estudiante en el hotel antes de que transcurran tres (3) meses desde la fecha de entrada.
