EN BEFORE THE STAY: Cancellation up to 1 month before the check-in date is refundable for the 50% of the amount. Within a month of check-in, cancellation is not refundable. DURING THE STAY: If the client wants to move out early, they need to notify it 3 calendar months in advance. If the tenant finds a new tenant in the meantime, the contract can be terminated. The Spacest.com booking fee is non refundable prior to the start of the booking.
