Double bedroom in spectacular and big apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood next to the downtown, and very well connected by metro with Universities and Beach. This 170m2 apartment have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 7 bright bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully equiped with all the commodities. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI. All expenses are included (water, electricity, internet and cleaning service). The electricity it's included up to 25€ per person and month. If there is a month that the bill comes higher than our coverage, tenant has to pay the difference. The cleaning service is weekly and only for common areas. Tenants have to keep the apartment always tidy and in good conditions, and they are the responsible to provide the cleaning products. You can find a list of cleaning products at the apartment. For hygienic reasons, we don't include bed linen, towels and pillow. The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach: - One of the advantages of living in Valencia is that you have the option of cycling by Valenbisi. For a minimum amount per year (30€) you have the option to cycling around Valencia with an ecological and healthy challenge available 24 hours 365 days in a year .It's easy to use: log in with your Valenbisi target in one of the more than 275 parking bikes, take one and move around the city freely. When you arrive to the destiny, you will find one parking near, and the only thing you have to do is park the bike and enjoy the city!
