Frente al famoso parque de Benicalap considerado uno de los jardines más bonitos de Valencia así como del anexo al polideportivo municipal compuesto por diversas instalaciones deportivas, como un campo de fútbol, frontón, pista de tenis, frontenis o baloncesto (balonmano- fútbol sala), además de una gran piscina para época estival. A escasos metros del tranvía línea 4. Con sentido a las universidades de Tarongers, playas, y directo al Campus de Burjassot. La habitación tiene cama de 1,50 metros, escritorio para estudio y armario con altura hasta el techo, realizado a medida para la estancia. La habitación es exterior con ventanales en blanco y mosquitera, Tv, ventilador de techo programable y conexión a internet. Se incluye limpieza cada dos semanas de zonas comunes con posibilidad de incluir las habitaciones. Además todos los gastos están incluidos en el precio siempre y cuando el consumo sea responsable.
