The bedroom has a king size bed, a wall closet, a Smart TV Sony 44" and a DAIKIN air conditioning split system. The bathroom includes suspended sanitary, washbasin and shower. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
