## Space It is a 10 square meters apartment with a living room, and a double couch bed, a shower in the room and toilets separated in the corridor (private toilets). We provide fresh towels, bed linens. It has free wifi. The kitchen has all modern equipment with fridge, cooktop, microwave/grill and coffee machine. Shower and a separate room for toilets. Body gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. There are a hairdryer and an iron with an iron board. To put your clothes and personal belongings, there is a wardrobe. The flat has been fully refurbished end of 2019/2020. ## Access On the 7th floor of a beautiful and typical building, with a secured doors before the access to the flat. At Gare du Nord, transfer to Line 4 of the Paris metro and take it towards Porte d'Orléans. Get off at Lamarck-Caulaincourt station. From Orly airport: Take the Orlyval shuttle train from the airport to Antony station. At Antony, transfer to Line B of the RER train and take it towards Paris. Get off at Gare du Nord. At Gare du Nord, transfer to Line 4 of the Paris metro and take it towards Porte d'Orléans. Get off at Simplon station. You can take cab from both of the airport, there is fixed prices. ## Notes A deposit will be requested but not cashed via our banking partner. A lease will be signed before arrival.
