The modern built in kitchen is fully equipped including an induction stove, oven etc. as well as a big fridge for lots of groceries and more. The entire apartment features electric blinds. In the heart of one of Berlin-Mitte's most pulsating areas around Alexanderplatz. The property is located in one of the most attractive, convenient and sought-after parts of downtown Berlin. Everything from the Central Station to the Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and other important historical monuments can be reached within minutes within walking distance. Many nice shops, cafes, clubs, restaurants are in the area, famous Hackescher Markt, Berlin Cathedral and Unter den Linden are just around the corner. S-Bahn Alexanderplatz, U-Bahn Weinmeisterstrasse and diverse busses and trams are all in walking distance. You can't live more central. Smokers allowed, but not inside the apartment. Most time pets are allowed, but the tenant must inquire first as there are additional rules and paperwork.
