There are 3 spacious bedrooms across 3 separate floors with 2, 2 and 4 single beds in each bedroom, able to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Also, there are 3 bathrooms and an additional sofa in the living room. Aside from having its own private garden, this property also comes with a balcony. You will also have access to private parking and keys to a garage where you can leave your car. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's licence. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
