You will also be only a 15-minute walk away from Birmingham’s Mailbox and the Canal Side. The property is perfect for those who enjoy a good morning run, being just in front of the park, where residents enjoy spending time outdoors. Brindley Place is a 20-minute walk away from the property, home to all banking headquarters, but also a number of bars and restaurants that you can enjoy in your free time. Fully furnished and equipped for long and short-term stays, this accommodation comes with WIFI, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix, ensuring you have all the comfort you need to enjoy your stay. The entire space will be available to you and your group. The property has 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, able to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. This accommodation also comes with free on-street parking. Please keep in mind it is free on weekends and weekdays apart from between 11-12 (solely for 1h). Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
