ROOM 3 Hi Guys, This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat that is located on the 4th floor. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Only the 1st or 16th of each month are possible as move-in days. In specific cases we have a flexible move-in date, but this has to be discussed in our messages. Please note that there is an additional one-time service fee of 100€ and a deposit of 950€ to be paid before moving in.
