L'appartamento, al secondo piano con ascensore di un bel condominio, è stato appena ristrutturato ed è perfetto per ospitare fino a 7 persone. L'appartamento è composto da: cucina abitabile attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, lavastoviglie, macchina per caffè, forno a microonde, salotto con divano e tv a schermo piatto, due grandi camere matrimoniali, una camera tripla, e due ampi bagni con doccia. Sono inoltre presenti due terrazze per mangiare all'aperto. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, lavatrice, wi-fi. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
