L' appartamento é dotato di Wi-Fi, un TV Led e aria condizionata in soggiorno ed in camera da letto. Biancheria letto e bagno sono escluse (é possibile ricevere un preventivo per a fornitura settimanale) ATTENZIONE: confermando la prenotazione le pulizie settimanali saranno OBBLIGATORIE a carico dell’ospite. Si ricorda che in caso di chiusura anticipata del contratto, sarà addebitata una tariffa amministrativa di 100€ per coprire le spese di gestione e pratiche amministrative. POST CHECK IN Se vorrai uscire prima del check-out previsto nella prenotazione, dovrai dare disdetta secondo i termini previsti sull’annuncio. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BOOKING?
