Tenant may terminate the rental agreement at the end of any calendar month (after the minimum stay of 3 months), given a 30-day written notice of intention to vacate premises. CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN: - Cancellation 60 or more days before the check-in date: For the tenant: 100% reimbursement of the first month's rent. The Spacest fee cannot be reimbursed. - Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the check-in date: For the tenant: 50% reimbursement of the first month's rent. The Spacest fee cannot be reimbursed. - Cancellation between the 29th day or less before the check-in date: For the tenant: no refund.
