[ITA]: Si affitta in zona residenziale di pregio, strategica (immediate vicinanze di Fiera Milano City e ingresso nord City life) e ben collegata (fermata MM Portello e autostrada), bilocale con doppia esposizione in elegante contesto condominiale con portineria (dalle 9.00-18.00) per un canone mensile onnicomprensivo di € 1500(COMPRENSIVO DI UTENZE (ACQUA, GAS, ELETTRICITA’), WIFI, RISCALDAMENTO E SPESE CONDOMINIALI) L'appartamento - situato al primo piano del fabbricato condominiale di Milano, Via Marcantonio Colonna 12 (con ascensore) - è composto da "open space" cucina/soggiorno, bagno, camera da letto matrimoniale e doppio balcone (uno con accesso da open space, l’altro dal bagno) ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. L'appartamento è dotato di connessione Internet banda larga di ultima generazione (FTTH) in wifi (oltre che di una stampante Xerox). La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici ed accessoriata: piatti, stoviglie, forno, frigo, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a gas, cappa, tavolo con sei sedie; il soggiorno comprende un divano per tre (divano letto, contenitore), un mobile soggiorno con una Smart TV, una libreria, una scrivania e condizionatore d'aria DAIKIN. La camera da letto comprende un letto matrimoniale ed un ampio armadio. Il bagno, appena ristrutturato, comprende sanitari, lavabo e ampio box doccia, oltre a lavasciuga Electrolux. Asciugamani, lenzuola e coperte incluse. La sicurezza dell’appartamento è garantita da portone blindato; tutti gli infissi, anch’essi recentemente installati, sono in pvc. Possibilità di animali (solo di piccola taglia) ad un prezzo aggiuntivo*. REGOLE DELLA CASA: NO fumatori, NO droghe, NO party. Qualsiasi comportamento che va contro le regole della casa verrà immediatamente denunciato alle autorità competenti. CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO: I costi delle spese condominiali, riscaldamento, Wi-Fi e acqua sono inclusi nel canone mensile. Il canone mensile include inoltre le utenze di elettricità e gas, fino ad un consumo massimo mensile complessivo di 150 euro (considerando la somma dei consumi di gas ed elettricità). The all-inclusive monthly rental fee amounts to € 1500 and INCLUDES ALSO CONDOMINIUM EXPENSES, UTILITIES (WATER, ELECTRICITY, GAS), WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION AND HEATING. The apartment – located on the first floor of the building with access from Via Marcantonio Colonna 12, with elevator –consists of an "open space" kitchen/living room, master bedroom, bathroom and 2 balconies (the first one with access from the open space, the second one with access form the bathroom). The whole apartment has a broadband Internet connection (FTTH) in Wi-Fi. A Xerox printer is also available for the tenant. The kitchen is completed with all the necessary appliances (oven, gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher, cooker hood) and fully equipped with crockery and cutlery tools items. The living room includes a table with 6 chairs, a 3-seats sofa bed, a tv stand with a Smart TV, a library, a desk and a DAIKIN air conditioning split system. The 2-windows bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The bathroom, just been entirely refurbished, includes toiler, bidet, washbasin and a large shower box, as well as a washing machine/tumble dryer LG, Towels, bed sheets and blankets all included. The access to the apartment is guaranteed by a security door; the windows are made of PVC. Small sized animals allowed for a fee*. RULES OF THE APARTMENT: NO smoking, NO drugs, NO parties. Any behavior that does not respect the rules will be immediately reported to the police/authorities. RENTAL CONDITIONS: The costs of condominium expenses, heating, Wi-Fi and water are included in the monthly rent. The monthly rent also includes electricity and gas utilities, up to a maximum of monthly consumption of 150 euros in total (considering the sum of gas and electricity consumption). In case of consumption exceeding this threshold, the extra will be deducted from the security deposit. The details will be specified on the rental contract. In case the tenant owns a small animal, the monthly fee may be increased by a maximum amount of 200 euros per MONTH for each animal (this will be defined in the contract).
