Una delle storiche porte di accesso alla città, Porta San Niccolò, si trova a circa 500 metri dalla casa mentre l'Abbazia di San Miniato a Monte si trova a un chilometro di distanza. La zona è dove si trova la casa è una zona residenziale molto piacevole e ricca di ristoranti e locali per la sera. Piazza Ferrucci inoltre si trova subito fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato e quindi può essere raggiunta anche in macchina. Come arrivare all'appartamento Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare le linee C4 e 23. Nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi per raggiungere l'appartamento. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze, ci vogliono circa 30 minuti di taxi per arrivare all'appartamento. Supermercati e ristoranti nei dintorni dell'appartamento C'è un supermercato Carrefour in Via Coluccio Salutati a circa 750 metri di distanza dall'appartamento. Se cercate dei locali o dei ristoranti per le vostre serate, vi consigliamo di fare un giro nei dintorni di Piazza Ferrucci, sui lungarni (soprattutto in estate) o nei pressi della Porta di San Niccolò.
