This old house has been completely renovated to accommodate 15 tenants in the main house and 2 private units in the annex house. It offers all the comfort necessary to live in community with its garden, swimming pool, gym, cinema room and two lounges overlooking the garden, one with open kitchen. Ideally located 3 minutes from a bus line that leads directly into the RER station La Varenne - Chennevières in 2 minutes that reaches Paris in 20 minutes.
