One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. On the 2nd floor, there's a fully equipped ktichen with 3 fridges, washing machine, 2 ovens, 2 stoves and 2 microwaves. It also has a cozy living room with a flatscreen TV, a sofa and air conditioning. It´s perfect for young students or workers. The area, located a few metres away from Retiro park, has everything you need: shops, restaurants, tourist places and good public transport connections.

The contract can be extended with 30 days notice, it is extended for 3 months minimum, with the same conditions and unless the room is not already booked. Also if the extension exceeds 11 months of stay the tenant has to pay a new Admin Fee. The substitute has to book with the same conditions as the current tenant.
