Check-in: Office at Carrer de Llacuna 94, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, for key collection with valid ID. After hours/weekends: Agent will deliver keys, all contracts must be signed and fees paid. Late check-in fee: 25 euros after 9pm, 40 euros for 11pm-12am (no check-ins after 12am). Payment: Cash: In office, weekdays before 6pm.
