The modern three-room apartment (82 m2) is located in the heart of the popular Mannheim district Lindenhof. Entire apartment has been newly renovation until October 2022. It is important to me that everyone feels comfortable and welcome here. I have therefore taken special care to equip the apartment with best equipments for a short or longer stay. Modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, coffee machine (De'Longhi ) walk in shower, living room with Samsung 4K TV (55") and Samsung Soundbar. The entire apartment is connected through a large hallway centrally located in the apartment and has Wi-Fi with 50 Mbps. This apartment is equipped with best electrical appliances for short-term and long-term stays to provide you with the best comfort. The newly installed kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances from Bosch (Oven, Stove (induction), Microwave, Side by Side Bosch Refrigerator), table sit 4-6 people (2 extra folding chair) and has an additional coffee machine from DeLonghi. Additionally, water cooker and toaster from - Russell Hobbs. One of the largest bedrooms is equipped with a large height-adjustable desk and offers the perfect place to work at home or home office. The large bedroom has a pullout bed to comfortably sleeps two persons and enough space for yoga session (one yoga mat available). The second bedroom offers a large bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with open clothes hanger and large drawers. Living room is equipment with a corner sofa bed, armchair, Samsung 55” 4K TV and Samsung Sound Bar. The bright modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower, LED mirror and offers all the necessary bathroom essentials (Including Hairdryer). The apartment is equipped with a keyless entrance to the apartment via (Nuki App) for the apartment building door (Door #1) and apartment door (Door #2). All registered guests will have an individual access code for the Nuki App to open/close the apartment doors with hassle-free of physical keys. (Perfect Location - Lindenhof) – Walking Distance to Rhein & Waldpark The apartment is only a few minutes away from Mannheim's main train station and the city center (Tram 6min/ car 7min/ walk 20min). The nearby Waldpark and the Rhine River are only a 6 min walk away. This is ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling. On Wednesday and Saturday mornings there is a local farmer's market on the market square 2min away from the apartment (Meeräckerplatz), where you can enjoy a small market breakfast and local products. Right outside the front door is also an outdoor gym, as well as an urban community garden with many spaces for public parking. (Groceries) Many shopping options are available within walking distance. Besides the supermarket chains like REWE, Aldi, CAP Markt, and Rossmann, there is also the possibility to shop at the bakeries - Döringers Backhaus (a 4-minute walk from the apartment) and local vegetable stores. (Gastronomy) Within walking distance, there is a selection of nice cafes, perfect for a Sunday brunch or an appetizer in the evening. For those who prefer a more relaxed dinner, there is a choice of traditional and modern restaurants, located directly on the Rhine or in the many winding streets surrounding the apartment.The following are a few great restaurants/café in Lindenhof (Ristorante Roma, Die Metzgerei, Café Meerwiesen, Rheinterrassen Gasthaus am Fluss, Hans Im Glück, Perle Kaffeebar, Glückstein, Việt Quán, Zwei Hasen Pizza Mannheim, Eismanufaktur zeitgeist).

If a move out is desired before the end of the booking period, there is a one month notice period. The notice period is 3 months for long term contracts. For short term contracts 1 month.
