Una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti ti porta ad Argegno tra ristoranti, negozi, bar e una gelateria artigianale in Piazza.Questa villa di 4 piani è stata completamente rinnovata e modernizzata, con un design d’interni così favoloso e con una vista incredibile dalle finestre panoramiche. Rimarrai incantato dal paesaggio mentre sorseggerai un bicchiere di vino nella jacuzzi (in funzione da aprile a settembre), accompagnato dalla tua musica preferita. Nel caso in cui le temperature, durante il giorno, dovessero alzarsi puoi ritirarti in una delle camere da letto climatizzate per rinfrescarti.La terrazza di Villa Castello abbraccia il giardino, lo spazio lounge e la straordinaria area relax. Qui ti puoi riposare nella vasca idromassaggio con vista sul lago, sdraiarti sui lettini o fare una deliziosa colazione, il tutto ammirando le montagne e le tranquille acque del Lago di Como.La cucina è nuova e dotata delle più moderne attrezzature, così da poter preparare comodamente tutti i tuoi pasti. Un'ottima bottiglia di prosecco freddo attende tutti gli ospiti all'arrivo, per iniziare il soggiorno nel modo giusto!La jacuzzi esterna sarà disponibile da Marzo a Novembre. A short 5 minute walk takes you to Argegno among restaurants, shops, bars and an artisanal ice cream shop in the square.This 4 flors villa has been completely renovated and modernized, with such a fabulous interior design and with incredible views from the panoramic windows. You will be enchanted by the landscape while you sip a glass of wine in the jacuzzi (open from April to September), accompanied by your favorite music. If temperatures rise during the day you can retreat to one of the air-conditioned bedrooms to cool off.The terrace of Villa Castello embraces the garden, the lounge space and the extraordinary relaxation area. Here you can rest in the hydromassage tub overlooking the lake, lie on the loungers or have a delicious breakfast, all while admiring the mountains and tranquil waters of Lake Como.The kitchen is new and equipped with the most modern equipment, so you can comfortably prepare all your meals. An excellent bottle of cold prosecco awaits all guests upon arrival, to start their stay in the right way!The outdoor jacuzzi will be available from March to November. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;  N.B. only for our properties located in Milan:  N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th 2025 included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.  The check out between 3rd April and 13th April 2025 included is not allowed. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
