Gli spazi sono stati progettati per offrire comfort e funzionalità, creando un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato per un soggiorno in città. La disposizione razionale degli ambienti garantisce privacy e relax, rendendolo perfetto per coppie o per chi viaggia da solo, con la possibilità di ospitare comodamente fino a tre persone. La camera da letto matrimoniale rappresenta il cuore della zona notte, arredata con cura per garantire il massimo riposo dopo le giornate milanesi. Il soggiorno, con smart tv, si presenta come uno spazio versatile, dove il divano letto singolo offre una soluzione pratica per il terzo ospite, mantenendo sempre un'atmosfera ordinata e funzionale. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. The kitchen area has been designed for those who love convenience: equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave and electric kettle, it allows you to easily prepare breakfasts, snacks and light meals in total autonomy. The bathroom completes the structure with all the necessary facilities for daily comfort. During your stay you can benefit from services designed to make every moment pleasant and carefree. The Wi-Fi connection always guarantees a connection with the outside world, while air conditioning and heating ensure the ideal climate in every season. The nearest metro stop is Sant'Agostino (Line M2 - green), which allows you to quickly reach the Duomo, the Central Station and the main areas of interest. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night -for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
