The space

It is located above the Provencal Market, the windows facing the street behind the building which makes it much more quiet from the noise of the market.
The studio is composed of a main room with a convertible bed of 140x190cm, a mezzanine with a double bed of 140cm, a fitted kitchen, a dining table for 4 people, storage chests and small closet/wardrobe, a bathroom with an Italian shower, suspended toilet, a single washbasin and washing machine.
Indispensable especially in the summer on the Côte d'Azur, the apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning.

The apartment will be ready and cleaned for your arrival. 

Here are the protocols our cleaning team does :
-   During the cleaning service all windows and doors will be left open for airing out
-   Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs etc
-   All bedsheets, pillowcases and duvets covers as bath towels will be washed on a high temperature for a professional dry cleaning.

The neighborhood

In the heart of the old town, you have many activities around you.
You will love being in the heart of our beautiful city of Antibes. The Provençal Market is a must to taste the local flavors (spices, socca, vegetables of the region, tapenade ...).
The souvenir shops, the beaches of course, the nice walk along the ramparts during a fireworks display, the Picasso museum, the billionaires dock at Vauban Port, Fort Carré.
There is something for everyone, beautiful scenery and for those who like a good meal or simply wander ....
There are many English bars / pubs around the harbor and many restaurants ...

Juan les Pins is 5 minutes by car.
Cannes is 15-20min.
Nice is 20min.
For Monaco and the Italian border, estimate 1 hour by the highway.

Getting around

Port Vauban is 150m from the apartment, you can park at the private parking Qpark "The Fishermen - Port Vauban".
It is very difficult to park in the old town, and this car park is the closest.

Important: Parking packages are offered if you book via the website and their prices are cheaper if you pre book.

The Antibes train station is 10-15min walk along the Vauban port.
