From a fully equipped new kitchen with 4 burner stove, hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and all necessary utensils.

One bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm (which can serve as a double bed), with en-suite shower room, with single washbasin cabinet, dressing room, terrace.

From a second shower room with single washbasin cabinet, but also a separate toilet.

Very nice equipment for this apartment, tastefully furnished, you will love staying here with the family, the equipment necessary for the reception of the little ones being present.
The apartment is air conditioned, and moreover the air circulates easily.
Of course, you will have access to free WiFi and a Playstation 3 (and therefore a Blu Ray player)!

The apartment will be ready and cleaned for your arrival. 

Here are the protocols our cleaning team does :
-   During the cleaning service all windows and doors will be left open for airing out
-   Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs etc
-   All bedsheets, pillowcases and duvets covers as bath towels will be washed on a high temperature for a professional dry cleaning.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
Close to all amenities (restaurants, bar, supermarket, bus, bakery ...)

Very quiet and residential area, located 100m from the beaches and a few minutes walk from downtown Juan-les-Pins.
The old Antibes and the hyper center of Antibes are 5min drive.

Getting around

The Juan-le-Pins train station and the bus station are a 10-minute walk away.
