Important information: Non-smoking apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, 600 EUR will be charged for the special smoke cleaning. Please do not leave your keys inside in the door lock of the apartment when you leave the apartment. Please also be sure to lock the door when you leave, otherwise stolen or damaged items will not be replaced in the event of a burglary. Please do not use the key box after check-in and always take the key with you when leaving the apartment. For insurance reasons, the key must not remain in the key box longer than necessary. If the lessee’s behavior (for example leaving the key in the apartment door, forgetting the key in the rental object, loss of the key etc.) results in the opening of the door by the lessor, the following expenses will be charged: Monday – Friday 8 am to 6 pm: EUR 100 Monday – Friday 6 pm to 10 pm: EUR 150 Monday – Friday 6 am to 8 am: EUR 150 Saturday, Sunday, holidays: EUR 200 In addition, the lessee has to bear the costs of any necessary locksmith services. The lessee acknowledges that this service is only offered on availability of the lessor. If the lessor cannot be reached and always between 10 pm and 6 am the lessee needs to reach out to an official locksmith service on own cost. Please mind that the costs for a locksmith service can be higher and cannot be influenced by the lessor. No specific security level or fire protection class is guaranteed for a safe that may be installed in the apartment. Use is therefore at the lessee’s own risk and is insured by the lessor for a maximum of EUR 500. In the event of an insured event, the lessee must prove the contents of the safe. If the guest has not yet left the apartment at the time of check-out, 10 am, and therefore the cleaning cannot start on time, all associated costs, such as additional approach, additional cleaning staff, costs for the delayed check-in of the following guest will be charged. The consumables available at check-in to the apartment (washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, cosmetics, toilet paper, coffee capsules, coffee cream, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) only serve as a starter kit and will not be refilled during the stay.“ Please note that a local tax of 3.2% of the total amount is due for bookings of less than three months.
