Solo contratti transitori (max 18 mesi) con persone con prova di transitorietà. PROPERTY COMPOSITION In the Colosseum-Colle Oppio area (5 minutes on foot), metro A Piazza Vittorio at 150 meters and Termini station at 700 meters, full of services and shops (via merulana) we rent a large single suite with wooden parquet and 140cm French bed , chest of drawers, wardrobe with mirror, living area with sofa and armchair, bookcase and 120 cm desk with smart TV (house equipped with Iliad fiber optics) in a modern and functional apartment with three single bedrooms, large common living room/kitchen area with sofa and table dining room equipped with everything needed for cooking. Two bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Mandatory common area cleaning service every fifteen years (40 euros/month), contract opening/check in costs 200 euros (one-off) and closing/check out costs 120 euros. Only transitional contracts (max 18 months) with people with proof of transience. Si ricorda che in caso di chiusura anticipata del contratto, sarà addebitata una tariffa amministrativa di 100€ per coprire le spese di gestione e pratiche amministrative.
