El dormitorio tiene una cama individual, fijada en un marco de cajones con varios estantes, y un armario amplio en el que almacenar tus cosas. Es una habitación muy soleada y de colores naturales que te harán sentir en casa. El apartamento dispone de una sala de estar, con un cómodo sofá, TV y una mesa de comedor de madera. La sala de estar da accesibilidad a un balcón, equipado con una pequeña mesa y dos sillas. La moderna cocina totalmente equipada, caracterizada por mostradores de granito liso y objetos de color naranja que añaden un toque fresco de color al espacio. Tendrás acceso a un baño completo con bidet y ducha. Se comparte con la propietaria del apartamento y con otra persona, que varía ya que hay otra habitación que también se alquila. --------------------------------------------- - - ‘Room for girl students’. It is shared with a Lady, the apartment owner and one other person, which varies as there is another room for rent as well NORMAS // RULES Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí: 1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva. 2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente. 3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad. 4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza. 5- HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TASA ADMINISTRATIVA ANTES DE RECIBIR LAS LLAVES. 6-  Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir. ¿A qué hora llega?
