Situado en el barrio residencial de Gracia, a pocos minutos de varios de Parc del Guinardó, Parc de las Aguas y el famoso Parc Güell.

El dormitorio tiene una cama individual, fijada en un marco de cajones con varios estantes, y un armario amplio en el que almacenar tus cosas. Es una habitación muy soleada y de colores naturales que te harán sentir en casa.

El apartamento dispone de una sala de estar, con un cómodo sofá, TV y una mesa de comedor de madera.  La sala de estar da accesibilidad a un balcón, equipado con una pequeña mesa y dos sillas.  
La moderna cocina totalmente equipada, caracterizada por mostradores de granito liso y objetos de color naranja que añaden un toque fresco de color al espacio.
 Tendrás acceso a un baño completo con bidet y ducha.

Se comparte con la propietaria del apartamento y con otra persona, que varía ya que hay otra habitación que también se alquila.

Located in the residential neighborhood of Gracia, a few minutes from several of Parc del Guinardó, Parc de las Aguas and the famous Parc Güell.

The bedroom has a single bed, set in a frame of drawers with several shelves, and a large closet in which to store your things. It is a very sunny room with natural colors that will make you feel at home.

The apartment has a living room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a wooden dining table.  The living room gives accessibility to a balcony, equipped with a small table and two chairs.  
The modern fully equipped kitchen, characterized by smooth granite counters and orange objects that add a fresh touch of color to the space.
 You will have access to a full bathroom with bidet and shower.

It is shared with a Lady,  the apartment owner and one other person, which varies as there is another room for rent as well


NORMAS // RULES
Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:

1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.

2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.

3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.


4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.

5- HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TASA ADMINISTRATIVA ANTES DE RECIBIR LAS LLAVES.


6-  Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir.

7.-Política de llegadas:

Lunes a Viernes:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Libre
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Fines de semana y festivos
15:00 - 21:00: €30
21:00 h. - 23:00 h.: 50 euros

Para llegadas después de las 23:00, consulte las tarifas son diferentes.

IMPORTANTE:
Es posible rentar como mínimo  32 noches por ley de arrendamiento de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.

Debes llamar 30 minutos antes de tu llegada para que alguien te esté esperando. Si no llama, no podremos llegar a tiempo. (hidden)

 A partir de las 22:00 horas. a las 8:00 am. usted debe estar tranquilo. No se permiten fiestas. No se permite fumar. Si la policía llega al apartamento o los vecinos llaman al gobierno/policía, será desalojado del apartamento y/o tendrá que pagar una multa.

Instructions and house rules here:

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5-  THERE IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO BE PAID BEFORE GETTING THE KEYS 



6- When checking out, you just have to leave the keys on the dining table inside, take out the trash, leave the apartment tidy, CLOSE the windows tightly and close the door when you leave.

18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros

Weekends and public holidays

9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros

For arrivals after 23:00, please consult,  rates are different.

IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.

You must call 30 minutes before your arrival so that someone is waiting for you. If you don't call, we won't be able to get there on time. (hidden)

** Starting at 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be calm. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the government/police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.
