EN Terms and Conditions: - The individual rooms in the apartment cannot be locked with a key. -The key pickup can only be effected from Monday through Friday between 10:00-15:00. - You will be able to enter the apartment after 15:00 on the day of your check-in. -The deposit and landlord service fee must be paid within one week of receiving the rental contract. -The deposit will be refunded within 8 weeks of a successful check-out. -Rental contracts are limited to a maximum rental period of 12 months. Extensions are possible and must be communicated at least 3 months before the end of the contract. - Please note, that the deposit and the administration fee need to be paid before the check-in. If not, you cannot move into the property.
