I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio. La stanza, oltre all'ingresso condiviso dell'appartamento, ha anche un accesso indipendente e riservato. Situato al quarto piano con affaccio su Via Paolo Paruta e sul cortile interno, è composto da un ingresso, una cucina, un bagno con doccia, 2 suite singole con letto da una piazza e mezza, una stanza singola con letto da una piazza ed una stanza singola con letto ad una piazza e bagno con doccia all'interno della stanza. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base. We rent a beautiful Stanza Semplice Suite renovated specifically to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, 5-door wardrobe with chest of drawers, XL desk with storage, large bookcase, mirror, shoe rack and 2-seater sofa. The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help you study. The room, in addition to the shared entrance to the apartment, also has an independent and private access. Located on the fourth floor overlooking Via Paolo Paruta and the internal courtyard, it is composed of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 single suites with a queen-size bed, a single room with a queen-size bed and a single room with single bed and bathroom with shower inside the room. The apartment is renovated according to everything our students need.
