Nestled in the tranquil residential area of Les Tines, the property is surrounded by a private road leading to a golf course, hiking, and mountain bike trails, all within a short walk. Bus and train lines, just 200 meters away, make journeys to the heart of Chamonix and ski lifts effortless. Experience the strength and elegance of Jatoba, named after a hardwood tree found in tropical forests, right here in the heart of Chamonix. The home truths: - Jatoba is located in a quiet residential area, a bit off-center. Nevertheless it is conveniently located half-way between the centers of Chamonix and Argentiere and has nearby transport links. - New constructions are in progress next to the chalet. There may be occasional noise and the views might be a bit obstructed. - The internet connection is the best we can set up at this location. There is high-speed internet (optical fiber not yet available) but you may experience difficulties to connect to the Wi-Fi (and therefore the smart TV). - End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. -Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
