The Smart Studio Low is a studio with private bathroom located on floors 0-3 of the building. The size of the main room is around 15 square meters. The room is furnished with a 120 cm bed, a wardrobe and storage shelves, a study area with desk and chair and finally a living area with table, two stools and a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, induction hob, electric and microwave oven The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 4 square meters and is equipped with a comfortable shower. All Guests are required to leave their personal ID at the Accommodation Team. 4. Residents will be responsible for their guests. *When booking this property through Roomless, the tenant will be charged Roomless' service fee.
