With double-glazed windows and central heating, it has 7 private suites, each equipped with an LED TV, ceiling fan, double bed, nightstands, desk, chairs, wardrobe, shelves, blackout curtains and blinds on the windows. The living room features a fully equipped American kitchen with washing and drying machines, a dishwasher, two refrigerators, pantry, iron and ironing board. All expenses (electricity, gas, water and internet) are included in the monthly amount. Additionally, your stay includes weekly cleaning of the entire apartment, including the suites and common areas, as well as change of bed linen every two weeks. Enjoy the convenience of restaurants, bars, three supermarkets, and a fresh produce market nearby. The apartment is also equipped with an elevator and doormen/janitor from 8.00am to 8.00pm on weekdays and 8.00am to 3.00pm on public holidays weekdays. The Saldanha Metro station (yellow line) is just a 3-minute walk away. Check-ins are available from Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 7.00pm.
