All comforts provided including a smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning, with a 20 sqm living area equipped with a table and chairs for 4-5 people. Guests can also use the kitchen to heat food and store items in the refrigerator. There's a 60 sqm outdoor patio for drying clothes and a washing machine. The monthly rent is €500 + €120 for expenses. The room is available for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum period of 12 months. AREA The area is rich in services and strategically located in Rome near the subway. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Rooms are recommended for Erasmus students. An Italian tax code is required. It is important to indicate the faculty or reason for the temporary stay. Residency is not possible. CONDOMINIUM FEES Condominium fees are included in the rent.
