La cucina dispone di tutti gli utensili e comprende 2 frigoriferi, forno, microonde, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie + lavatrice, sala relax con TV. Nel prezzo all inclusive sono comprese tutte le spese e le utenze mensili quindi non c'è nessuna spesa da condividere con altri inquilini, inoltre sempre compreso nel prezzo è previsto il servizio di pulizia settimanale delle parti comuni della casa (bagni,corridoi e pavimento cucina) Contratto individuale all inclusive. Obbligatorio deposito cauzionale + spese ingresso. Non è fornita la biancheria e il cuscino.
