The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a big living room, furnished with a sofa, desk, TV and a dining area. The kitchen is pretty spacious too and, besides the basics, it also has a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Garage space: 50 € / month This apartment is located in the Puerta Bonita neighborhood, in the Carabanchel district. In the area you’ll find several restaurants, shops, parks like the Vista Alegre Estate and even a post office since it’s back to back with one of the main streets of this district; near you’ll also find the “La Mina” sport center where you’ll be able to enjoy the public pool in summer. From here you’ll be able to easily access universities like the Complutense of Madrid and the Politecnica.  The nearest metro station is Carabanchel (Line 5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. Desde aquí podrás acceder con gran facilidad a universidades como la Complutense de Madrid y la Politécnica. La parada de metro más cercana es la de Carabanchel (Línea 5).
